At PerfumeM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the original packing slip to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
